Dr. Gene Tulman, pen name G.T. Tulman, is a double board-certified physician with a background in Anesthesiology, Critical Care Medicine, and Addiction Medicine. Tulman was born in 1981 in Kishinev, Moldova – then a part of the Soviet Union – and immigrated to Brooklyn, New York, in 1990, with his parents, aunt’s family, and grandparents.
